I have a similar concern, from inside the house I can hear my neighbors voices when they talk outside, makes me worry about alerting them if I were to make a noise or vomit, or possibly call for help if I panick.

I've decided to chill it out. If they "rescue" me, I'll just go again. No big deal. But I think they won't.
