Help How to CTB in bed?

I've asked this question before a few years ago but I'm hoping and desperately praying someone has new ideas.

I'm bedbound and have severe mobility issues. I live in a big family and have close to zero privacy so there's no way I can attempt partial by slinging a sheet or rope over the doors in my room.

All I have are two options: slitting my wrists which is next to useless it seems or somehow doing partial in bed. (Sn is impossible as I have no money and again live in a big nosey family)

I've seen only a few pictures online (I can't seem to word "how to commit suicide in bed" in a way to give me more pics so I have some idea what to do ). One guy managed it with a belt around his neck while laying on a couch but I can't seem to figure out how he got it tight enough to pass out properly.

I've come to the conclusion that no matter this is going to be painful and I'm going to suffocate and feel it but I need an out and fast!

I'm trying to be discreet about it since I live in a big family and I would have to lock my door to do that which would be a massive red flag.

But the more I think on this maybe there's a way to stay in bed??

I've found strangulation to be difficult because I can't get the ligature tight enough.

Maybe start finding reasons to lock your door and get your family used to it, so they'd be less suspicious. I also bet you could find a way for someone online to get your drugs

Same. I can't get it tight enough or find the sweet spot. But it's all I got.

The gradual locking of the door is a good idea. Don't know if it will work for these nosey folks but it's worth a try.
