"Read my book." Since a book about the history and philosophy of suicide is hardly a suicide note (it's not about me personally) I do think it doesn't violate the condition imposed by the OP. It would hopefully convince any reasonable person reading it that my death was completely voluntary and rational. At the very least that I considered the matter very carefully.

Of course suicide notes should never be just one sentence but if I had to come up with something it'd probably be this:

"After ample consideration I've come to the conclusion continuing to live is no longer to my advantage and death has become preferable."
