Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Ok, so I've practised and get close to passing out this way, get butterflies all over my body, but do you think it will work in this position? By back bellow the neck is resting on the sink edge. It´s pretty much the only position I can be in. I'm in a psychward so the options are limited to this.

Hard to tell. As long as the arteries stay compressed it isn't a problem that your neck is resting on the sink. But I can't judge that from here. Sounds good that you almost passed out, though. The convulsions that might free you from your position sadly can't be forseen or controlled.
