Help Will the police read my last note and inform people from it about my death?

My first post here! I want to apologize to my ex before CTB and this is the only way I could do it. Are they supposed to inform the person or they just ignore it?

It's up to them but probably not.

I believe the police would confiscate the note and treat it as evidence upon knowledge of such a note. Then the coroner would determine the cause of death to be suicide. Sadly, unless you have a backup copy, it is believed that the police would take it and keep it as evidence of CTB. As for whether they read and relate to it, I don't know.
