why are some pills like propranolol and benzos crushed and mixed with water before getting consumed?

Pills need to be crushed so that they can be more quickly absorbed by the small intestine, hence start acting much faster. Me personally I will take them regularly (uncrushed) 1 hour before I take my meto (2 hours before taking my SN)

what is your complete protocol if you don't mind sharing? i would also prefer swallowing the pills whole instead of crushing them but cant find any sources for that timing

My protocol will probably be this one:
I will fast for 8 hours, 2 hours before ingesting SN I will take 1-2mg of Xanax (I'm a benzo naive person). I don't want to take too much Xanax as it can make me fall a sleep mid-protocol. Then 1 hour before ingesting SN I will take the recommended dose of 30mg meto, and then 1 hour later I will drink my SN which will be composed of 25g (97% pure) SN mixed with 50ml of distilled water.
I think this version of my protocol is not that bad. I will not include propranolol in my protocol, I will let my heart beat like crazy, I don't care
Any suggestions of me changing and improving my protocol are highly welcomed.

dont forget the painkiller, ibuprofen is better but other than that thats a good protocolSimilar threads
