Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have friends in the sense that I go way way back with some people and we see each other on a semi-regular basis. But everyone is mostly involved with their families and I am living alone as I am getting divorced and living a few hours away so on a day-to-day basis I don't really see people. I am very lonely and am getting untethered from reality.

I don't either. I'm a people repellent... and I'm unpopular everywhere, even on here...

I never had any "real" friends, but that is more because I avoid interacting with people, and not the other way around. Most people don't seem to be worth my time anyway. The closest I've ever got from real friends was a videogame buddy and his friend which has become my acquaintance, but other than playing PS3 games and occasionally RPGs we had nothing else in common, and we stopped talking after I sold my PS3 (I regret that decision to this day) and we had no way to play co-op videogames. A "friendship" like that is not very solid, you know.

I don't have any friends. Depression and anxiety isolated me completely. I feel horrified when I have to leave the house. I always think that I am being followed and watched. I withdrew from main stream society because of this. In a way, not too bad as nobody is going to miss me.

These last couple of years were the only times in my life where I actually had real friends since I was in middle school. I became morbidly depressed a year ago and ended up isolating myself again. My newfound enthusiasm for life was destined to be short-lived.
