Depends whether you also need to still be able to move around, or whether you're okay with passing out.
Ketamine could be a great option for hanging, drowning, or laying on train tracks, as it makes you go unconscious. It's also pretty easy to obtain and cheap.

I read that vitamin D can help. It makes me feel better when i take it. Maybe it helps you too. Did you ever get a blood test for it? Maybe you have a lack of vitamin D.

Xanax is prescribed for severe anxiety and panic disorders. I don't think it's available where i live. But it sounds good for helping with si. From what i've read it's easier to obtain in the US.
I will probably try getting valium from my GP. But doctors here are usually against prescribing even valium, which is less potent than xanax and more for general anxiety rather than panic.Similar threads
