Help Which method

Hey, im floweryy and im new here. I sit in a wheelchair and have depression since many years and i rly dont want to continue with this thoughts and pain everyday. It gets everyday more worse and i rly cant do that for longer. I started to think about comitting a long time ago but i rly dont know how. I wanted to jump but that isnt possible because i cant walk. I thought about train but idk how high the chance is that i survive when i stand on the trails with a wheelchair. My second option was hanging but there idk too if that works or how. Maybe is SN an option. If someone have an idea pls tell me but not complicated setups its hard to build when i only can sit.
