Been here for almost a year and I can't remember how I found it. I'm almost sure because of Google. And I can't believe I'm still alive after a year. My life sucks a lot. I tried to change but it's the same sh1t everyday.

I cannot exactly remember. I think I searched on google for another suicide forum after the last German suicide fourm was dead.

Through a critical news article which didn't name the site->which lead me down a rabbit hole of research->hearing about the deleted Reddit forum->to here.

Sadly, even then, you couldn't search "suicide forum" and get a result. We are buried deep now, if we show up at all.

I herd scattered rumours about people finding people on these mystious online forms to talk about suicides and shit. (seems like theres forms for everything out there) SO i thought "Fuck it, these kids can find it I can". Did a buncha deep web rabbit hole clicking and eventually ended up here.

The subreddit first. Then it got shut down and at some point I searched Sanction Suicide and found this site. I actually really like how it's just it's own forum now.

I can't even remember how I found it, I at least know I was searching something on DuckDuckGo and checking out the related results. SS just so happened to be one of the first ones.

I tried to Google for a "checklist" for things you need to do in order to be prepared to commit suicide and somehow found a news article about Callie Lewis. That led me to googling "suicide forum".

I'm pretty sure I saw the original ashers website first, then I found the subreddit while looking up more about the right to die and suicide methods. or reverse order, i dont really remember anymore

I was randomly looking at youtube reels and when accidentally got out and refreshed the page, found a video stating how this is a dangerous place.

I was going through a depressive episode but the idea of finally finding a place in which maybe I could relate to other people and talk about it leaving aside all the controversial and taboo things was amazing, so I made research intensively until I finally found it.

When I failed an overdose on Xanax I started looking up various methods one of which being SN. It lead me initially to PPeH as a proper guide however I quickly after found this site. I figured this site would be somewhat volatile and was hesitant on signing up but after a month or 2 of viewing from the outside I decided to join and have been here since.

I was searching for information on suicide. Then I came across a YouTube video by PBS News Hour about a website on suicide. Then I googled the article and authors Megan Twohey and Gabriel Dance in the New York Times. And that is how I finally found this site. I am so grateful to feel less alone now.
