Discussion Where are you on the Emmengard Suicide Scale today?

I'm usually at a 9, but lately I've been at a 6. My ennui has been marginally better these days.

Baseline is a 9, often find myself rapidly in and out of 1[0].

Why '1[0]' and not '10'? It's because I get slasher smile happy that I'm going to attempt to CTB. Extremely inappropriate happiness.

9 or 10. I say 10 as I'm in the 'act' of preparing myself for SN (taking the meds etc.) but obviously I may decide in 30 minutes that today isn't the day so a 9 is possible too.

I'm lying in bed with SN next to me, debating whether to say goodbye to people.

6 at the moment but have been higher up in the past. I was at a know junction in my car where people have been known to die in the past. I could see a HGV was driving along and I thought I can take my seat belt off and pull out in front of the HGV and just get t boned into death. Unfortunately it started slowing down at the last minute so ended up abandoning the idea. I'm currently looking at beachy head.

This scale Iis a good idea and will be using this for my self. Hope that's OK.

during the day like a 6, however at night its like a solid 8 or 9. everything just intensifies for me at night.

I would be at an 8-9, but I am not telling anybody about it, so I'm not sure if I do fall there

Almost always 7. In the past 48 hours I suddenly zipped up to a 1 and it's wild, my head is exploding, I don't know why this happens sometimes, but no doubt I'll be around 8 pretty soon. It's thrilling, I love coming down so hard, BAM. No drugs, no reason, just my brain or something.

I'm at a 2, have gone to 4 not too long ago, a few years ago I may have briefly been at 1.... and 10 (tho survived due to luck)
