When you are walking on a footpath, do you ever wish a car or truck would just run into you?

Sometimes I would go for walks on the foot path and see many cars driving past and heavy vehicles. I always wish someone would just drive right into me and end my worthless life
Do you guys have similar thoughts?

I'm actually scared of getting hit by a vehicle, it's one reason I avoid walking on main roads because the speed limits only 60km around where I live and they'll most likely just injure you badly. I'd really cbf trying to recover from something like that.
But yeah, I do wish something random would kill me.

I envy those who die painlessly and instantly in accidents, they are so fortunate to me. However what I'd fear is that happening and just leading to way worse suffering instead of death, I find it disturbing how one can potentially suffer so much in this hellish existence yet not die.

In order to go to the town where my dad lives there's 2 options. Go over the mountain or go through the tunnel. I always go through the tunnel, even if it costs me R50. There is just too much risk of going over the mountain road and then driving myself off the mountain because it would be easy. But I can't do that to my mom. So I take the tunnel.
Absolutely, as long as they killed me.
Though that would sort of take away the only agency I have in ending my own suffering and rejecting the hand I was dealt..it would eliminate my concern for possible failure and some sort of investigation or documentation into my manner of death which would obliterate any remaining dignity of privacy I have. Car accidents are self-explanatory and wouldn't involve much further poking around (unless you're the driver of course).
