When I was a teen I painted this on my wall "It does not do to dwell on life and forget to live". It was from a Harry Potter book. I found it so relatable bc I was a pretty, shy, lonely, depressed, often very melancholic teenager who spent hours dwelling.

I can't really think of one now as an adult, i don't read much, but it would either we something very dry like "life sucks, then we die", or something overtly loving and spiritual since thats the other part of me. But today is a shit day, so ill stick with the life sucks one :)

I like this one- but don't entirely believe it to be true- but I think maybe there is an element of it depends who you reveal these weaknesses to that I am thinking of as some people might have the ability to shatter the armour.
