World of Warcraft and Left4Dead 2.

Been playing both since release. People are still making custom maps for L4D2, which I find amazing. Both games have been feeding me content for years.

I have a few, but if I had to pick one then "Frogger, He's Back" the play station game. That, or Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Life is Strange is soo good! Truly an unforgettable game. I just started playing the second one recently. I hope they do the game justice in this new adaption Amazon is working on lol
Mine are Omori and The Walking Dead Telltale. Omori really hit me hard due to all of the topics it covers. Coming of age stories always hit me hard regarldess, it reminds me of all the things I missed out on during my teenage years. Walking dead was a great a series, and it made me feel like I was surviving alongside the characters. As silly as that sounds lol.

Nier Automata and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic

Despite the shallow, off-putting and overly-sexualized appearance Nier Automata had a surprisingly rich story and good gameplay.

KotOR is all about nostalgia for me at this point as it's one of the first games I've ever played.

I wish I could still enjoy games but my reflexes are awful and I can't really immerse myself in stories anymore.

I had a friend on here years ago that I used to play co-op games with all the time. Baldur's Gate, Magicka, L4D... Those will always have a special place in my mind. There's something very unique about surrendering to a virtual world while firmly believing that you're at the end of your life. In a way it blurred the line between reality and fiction since I wasn't so consumed by mundane realities of my life and the limitations it imposed on me

dwarf fortress seems like such a cool game, how hard is it to get into? every time i play grand strategy games i get overwhelmed with information and end up not knowing what to do ;-;
It has a high learning curve, so it might seem like a difficult game at first, but in reality the game isn't that hard to play at all it's just really complex with a lot of micromanaging in it
the main idea is that you have to keep your dwarves alive, give them food and drinks and keep them happy, that's all
but then the micromanagement comes along and makes stuff difficult to understand at first but once you "get" what is it about it becomes easier, you might use the wiki to make things easier, and even if you lose - thats good because the game is all about losing (losing is fun)

Between F.E.A.R, Half-Life, and Dead Space, I love Dead Space most. I've played 1 and am playing 2 right now. They say the third game is shite but my introduction to Dead Space was done through Dead Space 3.

I'm not a gamer at all because I do absolutely suck at gaming, especially in co-op settings but I still play because of the stories and visuals.

Honorable mentions: Dying Light, Skyrim, Brighter Shores, Bioshock series
