ive heard that sn has caused do pretty bad damage , like kidney failure or brain damage or organ damage.

what are the chances of sn causing irreversible/ long term harm to your body?

This has been discussed in so many threads. The earlier you get the antidote administered the lesser the chances of organ damage.
