Help whats the best way to ctb

I dont have access to a firearms or bullets unless I manufacture it maybe I can get my hands on them by joining a hunting club but I may not get accepted if they ask too many questions. I may try ctb by cop but cops where I live rarely shoot at all if they shoot it's either on the air ground near you or your legs unless its a serious emergency like a terrorist attack. I couldn't find N or SN and I lack the knowledge of manufacturing them. I can take my dads car and drive it to a highway and crash it to a truck or just jump in front of a truck. or I can go pick up a fight with a dealer and hope to get stabbed or shot by them. or I can find a pack of stray dogs or boars and hope that they will attack which one should I try?

if I'm missing anything please tell me my goal is to find the easiest and quickest way to ctb.
