What's keeping you alive?

What is still keeping you alive today? We surely must all have at least one reason. I think most of the people's reasons are slowly fading away and even disappearing. Which is why they happen to be there.

I had 2 reasons, one of them is almost completely gone. I'm basically holding onto a thread.

Fear of physical pain only. I've known for a long time CTB is my ultimate fate and the best option for me, but I don't have access to a gun or SN so my only options are painful. But I'm too miserable to let that stop me, I'm leaving tonight, only didn't yesterday due to bad luck and not wanting to be caught
