The pentobarbital is simply too strong. No reason for anxiety.

Well, truth is, I asked the exact same question (per mail) to the nvve (biggest right-to-die organisation in my country + initiator of the end-of-life clinic here) as well. They called me today and they were clear: my question was a lot to ask from them (x3) and they couldn't answer that. They were open for a talk about euthanasia and adviced to first go to one's family doctor for that (which is the first step you have to take here before knocking on end-of-life clinic's door when being rejected)

All I could advise is look local; I'd personally avoid heavily managed areas with signs of coppicing or areas too close to paths, you could even put up some camo tarp or netting if you really wanted to obscure yourself

Yes I'm a disgusting old raver so have re ingested my own vomit on countless occasions.
I would always keep a plastic basin handy and just swill it down again as quickly as possible.

Another way would be take nembutal in car and if the unwanted vomiting happens would be have prepared backup method, for example quickly mix H2S or carbon monoxide?

This scenario can happen to anyone of us so if we are prepared we are more likely to handle it gracefully.

Sorry to say that anti emetics don't quite work that way. They make it so you MAY not vomit and you will be less likely to but your body is still physically able to and many people including myself vomit even frequently with very strong anti emetics. I took Zofran (ondanstren) during my pregnancy and I was on the highest dose they will give you and I still vomited multiple times a day. This was after trying 4-5 other medications and with those I never stopped vomiting period. So to say that you will just take an anti emetic is not helpful, you are taking an overdose, your body naturally may want to vomit that out to get it out of your body.

No, most people will have a second glass ready. SN is much cheaper though. You can't really just have a second dose of N ready and you would likely pass out before you could even take a second dose of N. SN most ppl have plenty of time to drink another glass when they vomit. It seems the majority of ppl do vomit so it's important to have that second glass prepared.

If you buy capsules and put the n powder into them, like the old fashioned sleeping pills, that should eliminate vomiting, no? Alternatively those whatdyacallem swallowing papers that you can wrap a powder in and swallow. Couldn't you do that with sn too? What about pouring the liquid form of n into capsules, or molding it with flour and then swallowing it in those paper bombs?

Excellent question and something that is bothering me very deeply too.
Bearing in mind the foul taste, I think it is unrealistic to think you'd simply be able to down a second bottle while nauseous and drowsy.

I have read accounts of vomiting followed by severe coughing about 15 min later as your body tried to reject it.

Also bear in mind that the pento you get from A is a solution for injection,not oral ingestion. It therefore has other substances added. To my knowledge it's not exactly the same formula as what's used by dignitas. By that I simply mean it may have different additives. These additives may affect the body differently to the oral solution used by
