Yes it supposed to be but i'm new to all this, and ordering any medics in netherlands on normal websites you need prescribtion from doctors. Im willing to learn and i will try tomorrow download this tor webbrowser and look on there. I was just wondering if DH was restricted for germany or another country and i can get it here safely since im very likely to want to try "the heat ledger" methods since it sounds like the most painless one

I actually wonder, if grape fruit juice increase the level of opioid in your bloodstream, why not crush all the pills and dilute with grape fruit juice? Isn't it better?

Yup! The pressed Flualprazolam ones. Very popular and widespread in the EU as well.

They are not licensed as they are not normal Alprazolam. Flualprazolam is significantly more potent and more sedating

Actually Heath L took temazepam, i read somewhere in the PPH book, Doctor is very unlikely to prescribe temazepam, even for chronic insomnia patient.

Bromazolam is actually available in the dm, and more potent than temazepam

This method assumes that you are Opioid Naive. Meaning you haven't had any opioids in roughly 120 days.

Alright everyone!
Time to get a "new" method out there.
I put that in quotation marks as it technically is "just" an OD but with extremely potent synergistic effects that are basically guaranteed to be a peaceful and quick way out if you are Opioid Naive.

Motivation:
I came up with this after I was severely disappointed that next to the 5-Drug Mix DDMAPH (which is almost impossible to do. Check my post out here regarding that: Cost breakdown & Accessability) there was no true peaceful way out except the mythical Nembutal that nobody of us can even dream of owning.
This here now are my results after researching for over a week what each drug would do in synergy with others and how lethal it would really be.

Spoiler: Who is "Heath Ledger"?

Heath Ledger was a very talented actor and is most known for his role as "The Joker" in the also amazing movie "The Dark Knight (2008)".

He was also regrettably an addict and died of an accidental overdose in 2008.
Considering his very promising career and not so bleak outlook of life it is very regrettable how he died.

May he rest in peace.

First it is important to outline what drugs he even took to die. So let's count them:
- OxyCodone
- Hydrocodone
- Diazepam (Valium)
- Temazepam
- Alprazolam (Xanax)
- Doxylamine

Spoiler: Breakdown of each drug

OxyCodone

A very potent opioid used to treat severe to very severe chronic pain.

Hydrocodone

Probably best known to many as the drug that Dr.House always wanted to get: Vicodin.
Also pretty potent opioid. Not as potent as OxyCodone but still very mighty.

Diazepam

Strong benzodiazepine that is being used to treat severe anxiety and also used for alcohol withdrawal syndromes and at times as an emergency med to treat seizures.

Temazepam

Benzodiazepine that is being used for treating severe insomnia and difficulty sleeping through the night.

Alprazolam

Very strong calming agent that kicks in very fast and is used to treat severe panic attacks.

Doxylamine

The only OTC medication from the drugs he took.
A very strongly sedating sleep medication being used to treat short term sleeping issues.
Even though it is an OTC medication it has a very high addiction rate and should only be used in a controlled setting if you do not want to die from it

Now. The doctors were not willing to give out the dosage except to the one closest to him.
We can assume, though, that he never took those drugs with the intent to die.
Therefore, the dosages will most definitely be in a "safe" area. Safe as in being safe when consumed alone.
But the dosage is not of relevancy to us as we will take way more than what he has taken, offering a very quick and even euphoric way out.

Now, while most of the drugs are remarkably easy to acquire on any of the credible darknet markets, we in Germany have the slight issue that Vicodin is not approved here and Temazepam is not being sold (at this point in time) by any of the vendors for whatever reason.
So here are the replacement drugs:

Hydrocodone -> Morphine 200mg

Vicodin has the nasty side effect of containing Acetaminophen which goes HARD on the Liver. So maybe even if you can access Vicodin you might still want to consider just using plain morphine.
1g of Morphine alone should already be enough for Opioid Naive people to overdose on with a high guarantee.


Temazepam -> Zolpidem 10mg

Both attach to GABA Receptors but Zolpidem is more precise in that. While Temazepam basically just "shotgun approaches" those receptors and therefore is able to also relief muscle tension and some other things. This drug is sadly not as potent as Temazepam when used as a synergy drug, but has the neat benefit of aiding you in the acute knockout after consuming the drug cocktail. The other drugs should be more than enough to make your brain "forget to breathe", though. The risk of not overdosing is therefore neglectable. Zolpidem might even be a bit more favorable as you want to pass out as quickly as possible.

Overview of the required Drugs

Here is the entire table of drugs you should acquire for a peaceful exit out: (Please keep in mind that this is exclusively for the german folks. Prices and availability may differ in your country but should usually be just as obtainable)

Bonus and Optional: Midazolam	15mg	4	35 Euro for 30 Pills	DH	10	Absolutely amazing drug that I abused the hell out of. In combination with alcohol and weed you create "Amnesium". You literally forget everything the second you saw it. The feeling is indescribable, and it is most definitely helpful to take before drinking the "ledger" drink to forget that you even drank it

With this we are at 218 Euro or 253 Euro if you want to take Midazolam as well.
Compare that to the 1660.51$ from the DDMAPH method.

Preparation and Execution

It is imperative to understand that there is indeed a downside to this entire thing: Opioids hit hard on the receptors that are responsible for nausea and vomiting.
So we have to take a stat dose of a powerful Antiemetic beforehand. I advise for Metoclopramid. And even with that there is no guarantee you won't puke. So have another cup ready if possible!


Another important thing to note is that all the opioid tablets are usually retard-tablets. Therefore, only releasing a small quantity of the drug over the period of multiple hours, sometimes even over the course of an entire day. We do not want that, we want the entire dosage to hit at once. Therefore, it is important to crush all the tablets into a drink.

With this knowledge crush
2 OxyCodone 80mg
5 Morphine 200mg
6 Diazepam 10mg
10 Zolpidem 10mg
10 Flualprazolam 2mg
6 Doxylamine 30mg
together and mix it in a drinkable liquid.
The amount of water does not matter here, neither the fluid (Although I would make sure that none of the ingredients of the liquid interact negatively with the drugs and I heavily advise against acid heavy drinks such as orange juice or non-sweetened apple juice. This might cause you to puke faster)

Drinking a good amount of Grapefruit juice beforehand inhibts the CYP3A4 enzyme.
This enzyme is responsible for breaking down a large variety of medications, which also include our opioids and benzos.
So Inhibiting this enzyme is very much welcomed. The most interesting part about it is that it lasts for almost 72 hours.
This will cause the opioids to build up even more rapidly to a deadly concentration in your bloodstream

You may consume 200ml of Vodka or any other strong alcohol before the drink as well to further multiply the effects.
It is also advised to fast beforehand. Drugs on an empty stomach can not be diluted or delayed for long.
Drinking a few high caffeine energy drinks beforehand may also synergize with the drugs as they are "stimulants" that increase the drug absorption rate. They do counteract the sedative effects to some degree, but not to a noticeable degree.

What will happen?
I want to clearly reiterate that I am not a licensed medical professional and that I can not guarantee that this is a 100% guaranteed way of death.
Based on my best knowledge I would rate this at least as probable as SN, though. The only exception being if you are one of the very rare people on this planet where Opioids don't work on. PLEASE have this checked out beforehand or try to take a Tilidin or any other weak opioid first.

It is important to note that all of those drugs work as central nervous suppressants. Effects do not add, they multiply. The synergy is extremely potent and a lot of people have died with far fewer drugs and far fewer opioids as well.
Death occurs by Hypoxia through Central Nervous System (CNS) Depression. Every single drug multiples the effect of the others. In combination, they basically make your brain forget to "breathe".
You will first fall unconscious extremely fast and from there your breathing becomes more and more shallow until it just completely stops. There is no "air hunger" or any other nasty feeling as your brain will just "forget" that it requires air while you are deep in a coma.

I encourage everyone here, especially those with medical knowledge, to criticize this method and find potential flaws. In the end we all want to go peacefully.
I am just one man and my research may or may not be enough.

I have written this down after researching for over a week, and I am pretty confident that this should be a very reliable and peaceful death, but I might still have missed something.

It is a great (and actually available) alternative to the 5-Drug-Mix from what I gathered.
Cheaper, Fast, Effective, Peaceful and very Accessible.
Very closely resembles Nembutal in every point. Even in how it affects your brain to some degree

Very comprehensive guide, i would also like to add a humble suggestion of adding grapefruit juice to this because "Grapefruit acts as a dangerous potentiator for many benzodiazepines and opioids because it blocks the CYP3A4 enzyme in your small intestine and liver, which is normally responsible for breaking down these drugs. Consuming grapefruit can cause these medications to build up to toxic levels in the bloodstream, triggering severe oversedation, respiratory failure, or fatal overdose". If i understand this correctly, the grapefruit makes it so the body has a harder time breaking down these substances, increasing to prolonged effects and increased chances of death.

From my research it seems that if you regularly consume grapefruit juice for multiple days or even a week prior it can further 'help'
There are other suggestions on here that oral route is not a good one but I think if attempting this way it makes sense to at least add this.

Of course, it's good that it's like that: Then you can drink the grapefruit juice a few days in advance and don't have to put unnecessary strain on your stomach on the day of the procedure.

It might still be worth figuring out which types of grapefruit are best. Pink grapefruit? Regular grapefruit? Slightly bitter, very bitter?

But the the combination of strong opioids, sedative benzo, sleeping pills (if it's obtained illegally it's even more lethal usually) is lethal, can give you a peaceful death.

I found out an article that actually the amount of dose in Heath's blood was low. So, if you plan to cbt using this method, i guess the dose needs to be doubled up, imagine he was only in his mid 20s. He must have been healthy. And the mix of those drugs he took was fatal, all of the drugs were not illegal, illegal drugs are often more lethal.

Can't this be said about any substance? Or is Heroin special in that regard? If one has no history of Heroin (or similar drugs) and no tolerance and a needle, if you put in a huge dose I don't see how anyone can survive that. And if one is uncertain they can add do injection one side, and open a drip of H on the other vein to pump another dosage into you while you are already passed out.

Yeah i think ingesting it for several days should work well, then a pause before the attempt. Since drinking the crushed pill mixture will be gross, it might be worth chasing it with some grapejuice, but not too much. But in general, grapefruit is just a plus for this method, i dont see any downsides to it.

If you want to knock yourself out for whatever reason, you don't need as much—and, above all, you don't need as many different types.

I really badly want and wish this method to be valid - it is quite similar to what I had been planning for (a major amount of benzo and opiate).

I am just wondering what people's thoughts are as to the input in the opiate method thread as to that opiates even in best case are supposedly only 3-6% chance of succeeding.

I am NOT trying to be cynical about this I intend this as my method also. But I am trying hard to explore as in detail as possible, as I need a method where it's at least a majority chance it will work.
