Nah, not really. I have tried many things like travel and hobbies. I just don't think I am cut out for living. That's ok though, not everyone is.

Have you considered trying antidepressants? I know many people are skeptical of them, but your case where everything is objectively well but you are still miserable can be due to naturally low levels of serotonin, and then antidepressants can actually work really well.

Trust me being rich still doesn't bring happiness. Yes it will fix most of your problems but then other ones arise :/

I think for me it would be to get rid of this negative thinking and self loathing. It's so hard though. It's been like this all my life. It's like teaching your brain that blue is now red. I plan to do dbt (dialectical behavioral therapy) soon and hopefully that helps..

8. I am able to eat more and lift more, but I don't gain fat only strength.
