Help What would be the best method?

I'm actively thinking about CTB a little quicker since I'm on a time crunch and since I'm new to this site, I don't have all the knowledge there is to have on methods and ways to go.

I was thinking about SN until I realized it's damn near impossible to get (I'm based in the US) and since then, I have thought of any other less painful options.

Is there anyone out there who can give me some?
