What song would you like to listen to when you CTB? Maybe it's the thing you want to be the last thing you hear ? Or maybe it's something to help keep you in the mindset to make that triumphant cross over the rainbow bridge?

For me it's "What would you have me do?" By Local H



I always liked the band but wasn't familiar with their whole catalogue, one day after work I was just sitting in my car kind in a haze where I could feel those thoughts coming in , the ones that made me hate myself and wish I no longer existed , and then something happened and my brain snapped over to the song lyrics and only the lyrics . Something about it felt comforting to me , just having the story of those brave enough to CTB and wanting that to be me one day , to be comforted knowing my exit was alway close by if I wanted it.

Jessica, by Regina Spektor. When I was last ready to go I happened to be suffering from delusions that the song was speaking to me, telling me to "wake up" by way of ending myself. I don't believe such anymore but it's just a beautiful and somber song that make for a pleasant goodbye.

i'm not sure....i might just have a whole playlist that i'll run in like an hour or two before i ctb. it'll be a mix of whatever i like, mostly classical/orchestral music.

I've always played these songs when I attempted in the past, and it's still going to be what I play.
