All the nights I don't die

It's well known that most people who die by suicide suffer from mental health problems. Which ones do you have? Personally I suffer from clinical depression, social anxiety disorder and substance addiction (alcohol, benzos and opioids/heroin).

I'm not diagnosed with anything (I've avoided mental health professionals all my life - my parents have never supported me going to one while I've lived with them, and when I lived alone, I figured out how to be happy enough to not feel it necessary to see anyone), but if I had to take a guess, probably depression, generalised anxiety, and either social anxiety or avoidant personality disorder, plus a hefty dose of neuroticism (even though that's not a disorder but a personality trait).

Obviously, self-diagnoses mean nothing, but I'd be extraordinarily surprised if my complete inability to function in social settings or to interact with people was normal. Plus the constant worrying and need for control over everything, and how even the smallest problems feel insurmountable to me at times, and how my emotions constantly swing around and I can go from "I love this person more than I've ever loved anyone!" to "I want to kill them!" to "Oh, they apologized! I love them more than anyone else!" in the span of 2 hours. I'm highly unstable and my emotions have always been extreme and hyperbolic; there is something deeply wrong with this brain of mine.

Current: Severe MDD, UAD (Unspecified Anxiety Disorder), Gender Incongruence,
Past: BPII, GAD, Social Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder,

There's so many overlapping symptoms, so it's anybodies guess which is "correct," but obviously something is wrong no matter how they categorize it.

Mixed Personality Disorder, most likely leaning towards Histrionic. While it certainly helps to know the source of your negative thoughts and patterns of behavior - it's still devastating to live with.

Current diagnoses are: major depression, OCD, autism, EUPD (but I dispute this), gender dysphoria.

Previously diagnosed with anorexia (restrictive type) but I am recovered.

severe anxiety, multiple phobia and huge fears since i was a kid, depression, OCD, constant rumination, multiple traumas, somatization and more shitty things like that. i'm nearly 45. i was born like that and struggled all my life. i think i have Asperger syndrome so it could explain certain things.

Persistent depressive disorder with bouts of major depressive disorder.
Generalized anxiety disorder
Maladaptive daydreaming
Maybe cPTSD? Never been assessed but some symptoms fit.

I also have two types of insomnia which makes all of this worse.
