Help What is partial hanging and how can you cth with it?

I really don't understand how partial hanging work. Like you take a bed sheet or something like that and you attach it to an anchor point and kneel? Is that what it is?

Basically your body is only partly suspended in air. So yeah it can be done kneeling.
