I've been looking for methods recently but a lot of them include a lot of planning, expenses or getting resources I can't get. I am from Canada so getting a firearm is tricky for me, overdosing is a bit much for me considering I have attempted multiple, dozens of times throughout my life so far. I desire something quick because I don't want that survival instinct to come in and continue to live this miserable life. I could try hanging but I don't have a rope, and don't know how to since there isn't anything to hang off of and I am pretty chubby, so I'm afraid it won't work out either.
Is there a mixture of over the counter medication that would work? I can access that, Tylenol won't work since I attempted with that a year ago and the results were really bad. I have tried anti-depressants, insulin, pain medication and other things but they never end well. I heard of 'SN' here a lot but I have no idea what that is, is that an easy way to go? If so where can I get that and what would the average experience be?
I am wanting to do this soon, as soon as I can get what I need. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
