Or what do you think comes after it?, I know religions have different beliefs on this. Buddhists believe that you'll reincarnate, and if you CTB it means that your cycle of suffering has not ended so n you'll start your new life in a bad spot, which is terrifying

Im a buddhist and actually i have read a book about it when i was kid. So basically it all depends on what you did the previous life. If you like to hit dog, you will reincarnate into a dog. If you do good things all your life, the cycle can actually break and you achieve nirvana or some shit. I might be wrong here since I read it a long time ago plus i remember something about being tortured part before reincarnating.

But yeah, i dont believe in any of that. I believe that there will be nothing after death.

I probably prefer nothingness because of how horrific this life has already been by age 29, but I think it's more likely there's a continuation of consciousness and maybe reincarnation. Eternity doesn't make sense to me sometimes though and sounds horrible. Ahhh!

I believe there will be nothingness
consciousness fades and there's nothing

I want to believe there is a life that I want afterwards
but that is wishful thinking

Just wanting some peace

Non-existence is all I hope for and believe in, all I want is to be permanently unconscious of this torturous, dreadful existence that just causes all this cruelty, torture and suffering with no limit as to how much agony one can feel, no matter what all I could ever hope for is peace from the terrible mistake of existence.

I just want to never suffer again and I'll just always see this existence as just being only suffering, to suffer in this existence is just always an abomination to me, it's just so terrible how this existence was imposed at all, I just want to erase this existence.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

all this is my opinion

i'm glad after Death is non-existence forever. 1 microsecond after my brain dies i will never exist again.

but that doesn't help me while i'm still alive. while alive or existing i can suffer so badly the suffering or pain is a billion times worse than the worst one can imagine. while i continue to live just to watch a garbage "enjoyable" clickbait video i can fall into a hell that's a trillion times worse than anyone could imagine even a million times worse than the oubliette torture

this is one reason why i cannot even relate to one other human. to me the constant worst pain outweighs any pleasurable feeling by a billion times. someone like me thinking in such a manner would be every second terrified of life or living and this world and would want to escape it asap.

that's only a little of why i need to kill myself very soon to skip over any extreme torture to the safety perfection and ultimate bliss of eternal Non-Existence.

another reason i can't relate to any other human out of many is that i'm sure of what i and a human is and that evolution is true and that there is no afterlife or reincarnation. i believe a human is just another animal, cells , chemical reactions a machine. if you believe evolution is true how can one think there is an afterlife . there are no details of any afterlife or soul. but just a very few things : why is there no evidence of a soul or afterlife? and when was the soul added in evolution , how , why and for what reason and by what was it added ? was it added when our ancestors were a cell, a worm , a fish, a rodent , a monkey , an ape ? do chimpanzees have a soul do monkeys does a cell ? no. neither does a human

does a single cell animal like an amoeba or the first cell that is our ancestor have a soul? how could it as it's machine.

all cells including human cells like brain cells have the same fundamental machines like DNA, ribosomes, ATP, RNA
, the same Genetic code and many more. removing any of these would make the cell unfunctional so to me these are the same thing and proves that all life descended from that first cell . the neuron or brain cell in a fly , a mouse and human are almost identical having all these machines. ( anyone can copy and paste this paragraph into internet search or ai and see that this is true).

there's much more to these and other whys i believe completely different from other humans on the fundamentals of reality many of which i never even want to write here.

I think that consciousness arises when there is some form of information processing like in our brain it's just result of information processing and if there is no processing there is no consciousness.

I used to believe in reincarnation, when I did I believed you only have so many cycles so it's not indefinite and had a weird feeling I was on my last one. Eternity as shown in the new movie doesn't seem bad but honestly at this point I hope and believe it's nothingness. Some people say that we get bored as soul's or energy and chose to come into this life with a soul contract, some even saying people chose to come and be in bad situations because they have never experienced it before but with all of the war, death, chaos, etc in the world I don't know anymore. I believed the point of life was happiness and believes in love and soulmates but with the amount of people going through life and living how they're "supposed to" for society, dl men, men killing their partners, etc it makes me see that there is no purpose and no reason and if there is no reason for us being here, bad people getting away with whatever they want, good people suffering and getting hurt then the concept of reincarnation gets ruined as well because how did good people get put into this unlucky life while bad people got a better life. Now it just seems like nothing which seems so peaceful. Some say if you go towards the light that's how to come back and reincarnate and to just turn around and not go in the light but I like to think about how before we were we can't remember things and it was nothingness so that's what it goes back to

Mousse - the final "peace" in life

I hope there's nothing of the "Season 2", if it does then it would be super duper crowd. Or is it that there's "Episode 3" of some sort lol.

I once came across this interesting story from Kurzgesagt ("The Egg" video on YouTube if my memory serves me right) which can entertain your mind sometimes. So basically, after you die, God will guide you to live as another person on this planet, from any time might it be. Meaning: Everyone on Earth is basically you in the past or in the future. And when you lived as every single living being there is on Earth, you'll become God, then there's another consciousness come, then restart the cycle.

It doesnt matters and nobody knows what really happens after death.

Since nobody really knows or remember anything, as usual there are many speculations or content creation . Hell, heaven, bright light , tunnel, reincarnation, karma, whatever you can imagine, people had created them.

And since no one can verify that, you can also tell you own "experience" or belief. You just need to get enough people to believe you .

Why would anyone believe, on faith, a bronze-age myth, any myth, is beyond me.
Anyway, technically, i don't think buddhism condemn suicide but they think one wil mess up their karma due to the desire (clinging) to end one's existence\life\suffering.
There are buddhist traditions that literally believe that one's next rebirth depends on their last thoughts before dying and whether they're peaceful or fearful on their death bed.
