You mean Nitschke is in on the sale of N? If that's the case, he shouldn't be promoting these cheaper methods at all and list all the side effects. According to him, vomiting is unlikely for SN and anti-emetic is not a must.

You have a point, I do notice a lot of flip flopping. Too much so I really doubt the authenticity of his findings and recommendations. But is it really worth it to pretend to care and give out misinformation which can have unthinkable consequences on the readers' health in exchange for a few bucks ?

Ive seen dirtier things for money. But, again. Ive known people who died to SN. So thats proven in my book.

Partial is when your feet are touching the ground whilst full is when your body is totally suspended in the air. Partial requires a lot of practice in order to effectively close the carotid arteries on both sides on the neck so that you pass out quickly and will be unable to stand up to save yourself. Full is pretty much guaranteed.
