into void

i believe the brain can trick itself in much stronger ways than we can currently achieve with external stimuli. but i think there's some truth in your dmt-theoey.Well obviously there are the commonly known theories. Heaven and Hell, eternal nothingness, things like that. But I'm curious about the more "out there" theories and why you came to believe them.
A theory I've heard and somewhat stand by, is that your brain releases dmt when you die, causing you to experience a time dilated reality. If you've smoked dmt then you know it's more than capable of a trip like this, so what do yall think?
i believe there's more information stored in everything than we could measure. as in information we call soul, that truly just is all information we consume and fuse into ourselves.., from music to traumas to dreams and people we surround ourselves with. as in people believe happy pigmeat tastes different.
if that were true we don't ever witness any of the void. but pieces of our data remain in the rotting ground, get absorbed by trees and passed on through fruits some animals eat. maybe someone eats that one, and gives birth to a child.
maybe a little rest of us is still in there, in the blood, in the heart and in the mind. and some weird picture of a place we've never been to makes us homesick.
to me it would render consciousness not to be an evolutionary dead end.
