My childhood was good. Everything was going well until it didn't anymore. Now after over a decade of psychiatric drugs and therapy I feel like it's been a huge waste. Waste of time, money and potential. I can see my lonely future. Life just goes on even when we aren't living.

I can relate to the "waste of potential." It's a hard feeling to live with.
But the value of your life isn't tied to how much you reach or don't reach that "potential." You are a human person, and for that you have value in and of yourself.
I hope you find ways to become less lonely and that you find things that bring you joy and peace.
