Want to cut myself to feel again(Not2CTB)

Looking for a method of cutting myself that won't have a lot of blood, but pain to where I can feel again. Aside from wrists what is the best place(s) to cut at?
For this matter thighs would be the safest and best in terms of canvas. You could probably do a lot of thin papercuts looking ones, those sting a lot and heal quite fast (1-2 weeks). Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but this is what came to mind.
Also, do not make a habit out of this. It gets incredibly bad, no matter if you think you have it under control or not. Stay safe.
