I want it tonight

I want to go tonight. I stupidly was trying to cut my wrist thinking it'd do it but I was wrong, I didn't know it wouldn't work. Makes sense why it doesn't. But what can I do? I don't have any pills except like Tylenol or ibuprofen. I feel kind of pathetic asking but what should I do?
