when you take dxm you feel no pain whatsoever like if i took a 3rd plat dose of dxm i could probably burn myself to death and it wouldnt hurt and also aspin makes your blood thin and if you take around 10 or so ish pills then you can cut yourself and you wont stop bleeding.

just a pro tip.

3rd plateau, so for an average body weight 600mg to 1g of pure substance. Mind that these are "pro" dosages, so you should already know what you're doing really well.

ohhh okay, i regularly use dxm to get high, ill try it my next attempt

Personally, I could still feel pain most of the time on DXM, even at very high dosages. It was just..... experienced differently, in a way that's hard to describe. It didn't scare me and didn't feel real, like a surreal "dream" of pain.

The only time I can't remember not feeling any pain at all was on an especially intense trip, but when you're tripping THAT hard, it's incredibly difficult to control your body, or have any awareness of the world around you. Carrying out a suicide plan like that might be very difficult.
