You know how people, close to you or online strangers, sort of try to help you and say how life/things can get better?? I think I never heart them say how life/things can get SO MUCH WORSE!!! Then what???? You think you hit rock bottom but it feels like there's always a chance for things to get even worse!!! It happened for me. Life got worse. But the funny thing is I'm very much aware there's plenty of room for it to get WORSE!!! That thought alone is enough to make a person depressed.....
