Wow. Men are disgusting and I'm a man myself. I can attest to my issues but not that kind of gross at least. Also happens with meat food too .Your situation is so hard and truly I don't know how to "fix it" or have the lived experience you have. All I want to say is you deserve happiness and safety. but assuming you are talking primarily or at least partially about sex with "once they get what they've wanted"
a problem is that men generally do not understand what sex means to a woman
some don't even care once they have been made aware, but that is probably still has something to do not being able to understand - which is ironic in a way, because when a man gets a prostate exam the virtual same things happens to him, but he still doesn't seem to get it

for men, sex is easy - it is just a bit of fun, generally almost entirely a physical feeling - some mental, but for most, it is the physical feeling they are allowed to have that makes them feel loved or lucky
for women, it is totally different. when a woman has sex, the man is a guest "inside her body". that makes it much more mental for her, than for the man. for the most part, she only wants to let precious few guests in, but really just one if possible, because the mental part is so much more special or at least the equal to the physical part. for most women, every time they have sex, they want it to be special because their commitment at the time is much greater to the man, than his to her. sadly, men cannot understand this for the most part. most have probably never thought of it. and yet, when the doctor puts on her rubber glove for the prostate exam, he feels violated because someone is inside his body . . . go figure

and because they do not understand the woman's side, it is much easier to just walk away with barely a goodbye peck on the cheek for them. to them it is a just a transaction of trading time with each other, but to the woman it is so much more

I'm bissexual and let me tell you anal seems scary as fuck, so I at least partially understand the difference between penetrating and being penetrated. Being penetrated seems to be something stronger in meaning and in feeling, but also in reward. My guess is that there is a larger "risk" of women getting too into it and the dopamine crash being harder for them.

But then again, I'm just a virgin man guessing things.
