I was referring to a caplets bottle with 60 pills
Tylenol can kill you, yes but 60 isn't nearly enough and it'll be a very long, very slow, very painful death. You will likely end up in the hospital first and they have antidotes that help with Tylenol OD. It's likely to take weeks to die of brutally painful symptoms and multi system organ failure.

Is Tylenol the same as paracetamol?
If so, you've taken 45g?

I'd say that'll kill you, but it's a long and painful death - and could take weeks.
Go to a hospital if that's the case, the antidote isn't pleasant and for a while you'll feel like you may die from it.. but it's nicer than death by paracetamol!

How are you holding up? Did you end up trying the Tylenol or opt not to?

Just out of interest, could you explain to me.. is Tylenol the same as paracetamol? So 750mg Tylenol = 750mg paracetamol?
Have I got that right?

I've done it a couple times, it makes you feel extremely drunk. The kind of drunk where your whole body is 1000lbs and unable to lift up your head while it's spinning. Of course the intermittent day of vomiting up next. The pain is a great amount. I did it on a 13 day starvation/no water. Nurse said potassium was deathly close to heart stopping, and I think the Tylenol helped get it there too. If you are 19 you probably have fresh organs, and 60g wouldn't be enough. I wouldn't suggest this way to go. Swallowing that amount of pills isn't appetizing, and I've tried blendering them all down as well. Tastes very disguising and unable to stomach. I'm not sure if my experience will help, but there it is.

Tylenol overdose seems like one of the worst ways to die. I reccomend doing literally anything but overdosing on Tylenol.
To my knowledge, it takes a lot of Tylenol to overdose, and when you finally do, the death is long and painful. Someone will probably find you, take you to the hospital, and you'll end up with liver damage, hospital bills, and most likely locked up in a mental institution.

Agreed. Tylenol (or Paracetamol) as we call it in the UK) would cause a slow, lingering death.

Trust me, it's not going to work. I tried it too when I was 19 and now my liver and pancreas are crap. The pain and vomiting others described is 1000% true, it's the absolute worst experience ever.

A former member named Gingerplum who was a nurse posted this description of death by Tylenol OD. Please read it and forget about this method:

Nope why?

Because it might be in your interest, if you're thinking of OD'ing on Tylenol?

Really bad idea, as others have said.

for something as important as ctb technique, do your research. Failure could be terrible (brain damage, awful death, etc). Even if people tell you something here, go and verify it.
