just quit my job of 3 years close to a month ago as i despised it. Depressed most of the time but I'm trying to go to the gym as i recently joined beginning of this week and its helping me a bit. My hobbies are reading and i do a gigwork (Doordash) to make some income, not the best income but its doable and i dont need to deal with anyone as i can work by myself driving and delivering food. My parents dont understand what i'm going through. I have been suicidal before as i tried to hang myself multiple times but kept backing out from fear of failure. I dont know what the future will hold for me but im glad that none of us are here forever. In the meantime, i just gotta tough it out. Ngl exercising does help quite a bit.

The gym really does help really with everything I guess the next thing is start focusing on diet if you already aren't welcome to the suck man can't leave now
