Help Timing to avoid guilt

My mother took me out from a psych ward at the beginning of the month because she doesn't like hospitals and doesn't trust psychiatric care, she did it with the help of other family members. Anyways, I still intend to ctb but if I do it soon I know she will be destroyed by the guilt since she was the one who took me out in the first place. How much time should I wait to get my plan in motion again? I still have my rope. It's all a matter of executing it.
