I'd use email Gmail has plugins for Auto delayed emails or snail mail. even with burner phone you risk of being geolocated and rescued with a high likelihood, and announcing plans without good cause just creates a trail or a record of intent that could come back to hunt you such as psychiatric commitment. Use with a GPS spoofing app to obfuscuate location, unless you want to be geo located/rescued if must pre announce. With a very very long timer in case of survival.Similar threads
