Yes i think it was this one i remember this. Its crazy how he only took 2g and his heartrate went from 80bpm to 150. I worry with my anxiety that that will make me panic. He also said he vomited twice but "didn't feel nauseous", not rlly sure how to interpret that. For such a small dose, to me those effects are kinda scary and worrying. He obv didnt follow the protocol but still.

I should add that he also suffered from severe depression and lacked any apparent fear of death or even SI: "I didn't panic at all. I really don't know how SI feels. I have done many "extreme sports" like bungee jumping or swimming with sharks at a vacation. I always know I could die at anything I do, but I don't really care."
I and many others don't have this complete lack of fear or SI, and I fear that being conscious during those symptoms, especially if it lasts long before unconscious, will lead me to impulsively calling for help.
