It varies. I was a junk food eater, now I only eat when hungry. I sometimes play games, youtube, the odd film or documentary, listen to ambient music, drink kratom tea 3 times a day. Basically whatever I can to numb the pain a little. It's still boring as all hell and lonely.

what has your experience been with kratom? I had 28g from a gas station package, lasted several months with 3-7g each use, and wasn't very impressed - required much potentiating and even then effect was subtle. Stopped so as to bring my tolerance to zero to maximise success with my method.

Well there are lots of different strains. Red Borneo consistently makes me feel calmer and mildly euphoric sometimes. 2 heaped teaspoons of kratom, 3 cups per day works pretty well. I now add a little squeeze of lemon juice (from a bottle) to make it stronger and last longer.
