I don't know how the lounge works exactly, but today was kind of an important day for me. I was with my ex when he had his first appt with a new psychologist over zoom and it went well. He needs support and guidance to begin to talk about trauma and all the awful mental health issues that came from that and that's what I was there for. So we've been talking doing this for well over a decade, and it's finally happening. The main reason it's taken so long is because it's so hard for both of us to leave the house for consistent appts, and since covid, everyone's doing sessions over zoom now. So this plague isn't all bad, lol

I'm the exact opposite. I can't stand hot tea but I consume at least half a liter of iced tea each day! And I hate coffee. I've had three cups of my entire life - one of them iced, so I'm not even sure that counts. Now, I wouldn't turn down a Starbucks strawberry and crème frappuccino! ^_^

Another Saturday evening. Hope y'all doing well. I have a very silent evening myself, but it's a good one. After having posted my guide to legal hallucinogens I saw nutmeg in the store today and thought I must try it. I took 5 grams and I've been perfectly relaxed and in a good mood for several hours now and not experienced any hallucinations. I don't know if I'll get a hangover tomorrow, but if I don't, I've found a new, cheap, and effective anxiety and depression killer. :D
