I 'almost' feel guilty for the conversation with my friend right now.... almost... I'm doing a distraction a total distraction... as in 'oh no, even if I am suicidal... here's the things I'm going to use, I'm sorry.... heehee, totally wasn't what I was going to use' distraction.

I'm here, it's been a tough day. Child services came for a visit today which didn't go to well, my daughter is sick, and my boiler broke so I have no heating and it's freezing cold. I'm so exhausted now

Did they at least understand that it just broke? I mean these things happen... I'm sorry though. People showing up at the worst possible times is a horrible thing to have happen like @BlueWidow said

I don't know, they weren't happy about it. But my landlord is awful and takes weeks to even get hold of so I have no idea when we will have a new one. The social worker wants to come back in a few days but I have a bad feeling about it all.

hmmm. just a thought (trying to help with stress!) is there some service place in your town that might take care of it given an emergency like thing as it's unsafe?
I hope you can reach the lanlord though :(

Well, it's not your fault if you've got a crappy landlord. Why do they make it so hard on people who are already clearly having problems?! I thought they were supposed to be there to help!

I'm feeling pretty rough. The meds aren't working yet but its early days on the new dose. Im hoping it will help soon to manage the hallucinations at least.
I'm hoping I can get hold of somebody tomorrow about it, sadly the guy who came out to do the safety check has said it needs a full replacement. Hopefully that can be done fast but apparently it can take up to 3 weeks.
You'd think. And I know they're underfunded and overworked but it seems like they don't care they're doing more harm than good some times.

Well, I got all my chores finished for the day. The plumbing service called me finally and told me that they couldn't get to me today so they're going to call me tomorrow morning at 9 AM and then we start the waiting process over again. I'm a little upset that I still have to continue dealing with it, but it least they were kind enough to call me and tell me they weren't coming tonight so I'm not just sitting here waiting. Hopefully tomorrow they'll come early and get me out of the way before they have any big disasters. I'm hoping since I was kind enough to let them wait to get to me until tomorrow that they're going to take that into consideration and try their very best to get to me early tomorrow so I can get this over with. At least I got all of my chores done. I now have clean clothes, a clean kitchen- well relatively clean, and my dinner is already partially made. Therefore, I guess I'm in pretty good shape right now. I'm tired, but of course, I know I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight because I'm going to be anxious about the plumber coming tomorrow. I know it's going to be an awful night. I can already feel it. Oh well, it won't be the first time. Or the last.

Well, at least the day wasn't a total loss. And you got some stuff done, so it was kinda good.... even though also totally sucky and tomorrow will be bad.... but trying to be positive! :)
