Up and down. I did get out of bed this morning and I got some stuff done. I got a bunch of stuff organized and I've scheduled the junk removal service to come tomorrow and remove all the junk, which is going to be a huge weight off my shoulders once it's out of here. I took a shower today. Didn't take my thyroid meds again because, as usual, I forgot. I don't really feel any different on them than I do off of them anyway so, when I forget them, I usually just let it go. I think I'll set the bottle out somewhere where I will, hopefully, see it and realize that it's sitting there to remind me to take my pills tomorrow. I can't put it in the bathroom though cause it's too moist in there. I don't think that would be good for the pills.
