Hey everyone,

Been talking to a lot of people in the chat and trying to explain this method, and one user wanted me to make a post about it, so here goes everything.

We're going after a classic idea of using a blood choke, except, it will be against ourselves. In the privacy of our own homes. In a fully relaxed state.

This method is fully capable and will kill you very fast. I know this because it's what we were taught in the Marine Corps.

First, you're going to want some Gorilla tape OR a tree ratchet.

Second, get two Sackhole/Cornhole bags.

Now, depending on what you're using, you'll want to lie on the ground and put the bags on these two exact areas on your neck (In blue).

face.jpg

The reason we're lying on the ground is that we want to be able not to have to fuss over putting the bags on us and making sure they don't fall out of place before we use the ratchet or the tape. You're putting the bags on these two areas to go after the internal carotid arteries.

Start cinching the ratchet closed or wrap the tape around your neck once. Is everything feeling good? I'm glad. If not, then uncinch it a little and place the bags. You want to make sure that you're not compressing the windpipe as that could cause you to freak out a little.

We want this to be painless and fast.

After you're comfortable, sit down if you want to or stand up. Do whatever you want honestly. Start wrapping the tape around your neck more and a little tighter or start closing the ratchet more.

In about 5-20 seconds you will pass out. After that, it's pretty much game over unless you somehow hit the ratchet release. That's why I said we could also use tape as well. With the gorilla tape, it will make sure that you don't inadvertently try to tear the tap off... because it will be strong as hell around your neck.

After you pass out, it will only take a few minutes, and you will be brain dead from the complete lack of blood flow to your brain.

I think I've explained this pretty well and I hope you guys understand the method. If not, please don't hesitate and I'm sure that I can help you out or someone else in the community can help you out.
Wow thanks now i know what's the night night method! And if we can find someone to remove the tape and the bag after we die it will looks like natural death?

I don't know if my question here was ever answered so I'm asking again. For somebody with a little bigger of a body type, is this method still possible? I can feel my pulse via the carotid arteries, but it doesn't feel that strong, or at least not as strong as it should be. If I can be sure this method'll work for somebody plus-sized, then I'll purchase the materials.

I wanted to do the SN method, but it seems like all online selling of SN in the US is banned? If I had spendable money back in July when I first saw this thread (about) I would've been able to do it since it was everywhere on there, and there's none now.

Also I don't have a job, so I'm trying to make this the least costliest it can be lmao but I don't really know if I can do that? Still good to ask.

I want the same but I'm terrified. I wish I could find someone to partner up with for the gas method.

Iread through damn near all the comments. I think this is my method, and if it fails; i guess I'll go out painfully.

Any thoughts from anyone about the suitability of this instead of a ratchet?

https://www.amazo n.com/Nite-Ize-CamJam-Down-Strap/dp/B01M13QUC7

As far as I can see it'd still maintain pressure, but looks like it might be far more comfortable than a ratchet (not the reason I'm considering it - I simply can't find an endless ratchet in any local shops!)

Link won't open. I don't think those clips would work. U need to ratchet it down.

Yep I stuck a space in the url so it wouldn't get search indexed...

Could well be right about the clips - it's a bit like a heavy duty belt really.
Can't find an endless ratchet anywhere though - just the one with hooks :/

Tampering with this method, ratchet and cornbags, corn bags seen to cover a bit too much surface area for me. Using my fingers the first time I found the sweet spot my vision got extremely blurry, felt a bit of a head rush after for a few seconds tried to find that spot again and lost it since, but as op said, be patient

I keep trying to squeeZe my neck but I never get the effects other people do. I just can't seem to do this.
Some people just have a little more tissue in the way- I can "blood choke" myself, but others couldn't when I was in the military- I'd just be drooling all over their arm, haha. Poke around, find the pulse- that's where you apply pressure. Hopefully that helps.

What part of the neck did you apply the most pressure? You used your fingers and thumbs two hands?
I've already had an attempt with a ratchet strap, without a pillow, etc. Unfortunately, I had to stop it after a minute + because I felt like my head was about to burst and I just couldn't faint. This method inspired me to try it again out of interest.

I didn't really find the "sweet spot". From some tips here in the thread I had an idea that worked very quickly for me to become unconscious and not cut off the trachea. I would like to share this with you:

1. If you faint, sit on a bed or somewhere you will fall gently. Tilt your head back.

2. Put both hands around your neck: forefingers and the rest grab your neck! Both thumbs above or at the Adam's apple NEXT to the trachea. Left thumb on the left side of your neck, right thumb on your right.

Use the following image as a guide (already posted):

View attachment 119331

3. Now pinch your thumbs and fingers together as if you want to touch them. So NOT in the direction of the trachea, but thumbs in the direction of the neck and fingers in the direction of the side of the face.

If you have the right spot, within 5 seconds you will feel a tingling sensation, a decrease in vision, an increase in heart rate, etc.

If you don't feel it, just test 1 cm further out, up etc. You should have the right spot within a few minutes.

Then you have found your knock out point.
So with this blood choke technique you just have to close your fingers and thumbs together as if trying to touch them together?

All it takes to find the pulse is the tips of your fingers- about as much pressure as it takes to squeeze out toothpaste. If you're just doing a check to see how it works, just increase pressure to toothpaste levels and you'll know if you're in the correct spot within a few seconds - feeling the pulse is key.
Just checked on myself, took about 4 seconds to begin feeling the pressure build. I don't imagine it would take much more than that to confirm you've got the right spots.
(Oh, and a finger on either side of your larynx and a little out- under the corner of your jaw- should get you in the vicinity)

Thanks for the info. I'm curious how much pressure is required to close off the carotid arteries

I think this explains things perfectly - also the functions of partial hanging.

Now most probably the method I will go with.

Thanks a lot!!

Edit: Once I got it right, it was almost a frighteningly pleasant sensation. Gotta be quick to stop yourself in time.
please explain exactely what u did and maybe add a pic of the setup if possible?
I wanted to PM u but you need more comments before you can have that feature. I would love a partner. Especially for the gas method.
I know it sucks

Can anybody please tell me how to do this. I am having a breakdown like I do every day multiple times a day. My husband just yells at me and tells me to go on medication but when I was on medication I was worst. I hate being alive every second of everyday it's misery, I want nothing to do with any part of life. If there was an easy way to CTB I would have been gone a long time ago. Method is the only thing that stops me. I'm unable to follow Instructions or get supplies but maybe If it's explained to me. Please help

I try to get people to help me with stuff on here too. They just throw all their fancy info at me and laugh when I can't understand. I'm sorry I can't help you. I can't even help myself. Your husband is a jerk. U deserve better.

I'm nor recommending you anything just telling you my pov. I just think this method is too tricky and long to practice so instead i decided to go with partial hang wich seems as painless as night night, relies on basically the same principle but maybe has a higher success rate, idk if the last part is true tbh

Thank you for responding. I want to try partial hanging too, I'm just nervous I'll do it wrong and don't have a clue how to set it up

This attached image is probably the best way to do a slipknot, and a bowline or the "rabbit comes out of it's hole around the tree and back into the hole knot(don't knot the proper name for it, but you can Google those words for find it haha) hope that helps. Gotta make sure the knot(s) on the anchor and the anchor point itself are sturdy af, don't take any silly risks with it.

I was all ready for a partial hang from my car's safety handle. But now I'm planning night night with socks and 2 neckties.

We've got thick winter socks I can make like cornhole bags on either side of my neck. One tie to secure them, another to secure tight enough to black out. We will ctb comfortably in our car listening to music.

Thank you very much. This knot looks simple enough. Do I do the same one on the door knob as well as my neck? Also would you suggest a doorknob or something else? Thank you in advanced for taking the time to answer

I've seen several people suggest tying a bowline knot for the anchor point, and it seems quite easy to learn. I've decided on going for full someday in a secluded forested area, a strong tree branch as the anchor point. It depends how strong the doorknob is. I've seen several people mention about tying to door knot, then throwing the rope over the door and hang from the other side full or partial. if living with others and break the doorknob trying to test if it can hold your weight you might arouse suspicion. I've seen people mention using heavy duty door hangers as an anchor point, like this attached image: hope that helps somewhat. 👍

Thank you for always responding to me. I think that door hanger thing may be a good idea. I'm just not sure would I position myself on that side of the door or the opposite side of the door

Yeah as long as it's a heavy duty door hanger one and not a very flimsy one then you should be able to achieve partial as well as full suspension with it on either side of the door I reckon. Glad to help. 👍
