The least risky method if being discovered is not a concern

So let's say you have a place where you're sure you're not going to be discovered and interrupted. Barring firearms, what would be a method with the least risk of failing with severe consequences, if we take the risk of being "saved" out of the equation? What do you think?
(Hope I'm not breaking any rules with this question, at least I think it's okay)

I think hanging with a strong rope that will not break. It isn't the most comfortable way to be sure but if the rope doesn't break, or the suspension point, you can not survive it unless someone cut you down.
