Venting The fact that ceasing to exist is permanent is exactly why it appeals to me

This truly is why ceasing to exist appeals to me so I don't understand those who act like a permanent solution is something so bad, in fact a permanent solution to the true problem which is existence itself is all that's desirable to me. No matter what I'd always see it as preferable to cease existing as after all nobody can suffer from an dreamless and eternal sleep, for me suicide is suffering prevention and the way to find safety from suffering. I find comfort in the thought of ceasing to exist as if I'm gone then existence won't be my problem anymore and I'll be at peace instead.

I only wish for non-existence as it's the ideal state free from all harm and torment, I envy those who cease existing as they have no more problems and are no longer burdened with this cruel and futile existence, only those who die are fortunate to me. Having access to a peaceful suicide method like Nembutal truly would be such a relief, it will always be extreme cruelty to me how we cannot just choose to fall asleep eternally as after all not everyone wishes to suffer in this existence they never even consented to in the first place. I see existence itself as the temporary problem with ceasing to exist being the permanent solution, a peaceful suicide would solve everything for me.

I find solace in the permanence of non existence too. It wouldn't be peaceful if it was temporary as, from our perspective, it'd end immediately. However, something that's infinite can never end and that's what non existence is. It truly does sound beautiful to stop suffering permanently. Life was never meant for me to begin with; I always resonated with death more than I have for life. It just sounds so perfect

I agree. I also wish that I could cease existing. Life is a struggle. I think that it's cruel that we can't decide to cease to exist based on our will. I wish that I could manifest my own death and have it happen just because I thought so. I wish that I had an off-switch so I could cease existing without all of the danger and risk of ctb
