I was planning on spending my 3 days off of work to CTB via SN, but I find myself finding any minute reason to not attempt. I've already been faster for about 19 hours now -so I have that covered. I've been re-reading over and over my protocol and I can't help but pause and spiral wondering if everything is in order.

I've been wrestling with whether or not I should go ahead and CBT instead of paying off my credit card debt. I could probably clear it in 2 months. I don't doubt I won't get another 3 days off of work, but hey, I've got it now.

I revised my SN protocol so it'll be more aligned to the PPEH, but I don't have access to the benzodiazepine. Can someone tell me if 30 mg of risperidone will be enough of a antiemetic for the SN to absorbed?

My revised protocol for SN is:

Time	Med	Dosage
Fast for at least 8 hours. Clear liquids ok.
Start	antiemetic (hydroxyzineor risperidone)	30 mg
Wait 40 minutes
	Make SN Drink	25 g in 50 - 100 ml of plain water
	Benzodiazepine Drink (oxazepam)	Crushed: 20 X 30 mg tablets. Mix with water until a drinkable solution is made
Drink SN
Drink Benzo Drink

My old plan was:

Time	Med	Dosage
Fast and do not drink for at least 8 hours
1 hr before SN	Ibuprofen / any painkiller	600 mg
45 minutes before drinking SN	Risperidone	30 mg
30 minutes before drinking SN	Antacid	Double dosage
	SN Drink	25 g in 50 - 100 ml of plain water
	Hydroxizine	30 mg

If you are wrestling with CTB I'd say it's not your time. You need to be absolutely certain as there is no coming back.

I feel as the closer you get to the actual moment of CTB the more doubts and thoughts creep in. Haven't found a way to combat this myself either.

Avevo programmato di dedicare i miei 3 giorni di ferie al CTB tramite SN, ma ogni minima scusa mi impedisce di provarci. Sono già più veloce da circa 19 ore, quindi ho già risolto il problema. Inizio	antiemetico ( idrossizina o risperidone )	30 mg
Aspetta 40 minuti
	Prepara la bevanda SN	25 g in 50 - 100 ml di acqua naturale
	Bevanda di benzodiazepine (oxazepam)	Frantumato: 20 compresse da 30 mg. Mescolare con acqua fino a ottenere una soluzione bevibile.

Bevi benzodiazepine

Il mio vecchio piano era:

Digiuna e non bere per almeno 8 ore
1 ora prima di SN	Ibuprofene / qualsiasi antidolorifico	600 mg

	Bevanda SN	25 g in 50 - 100 ml di acqua naturale
	Idrossizina	30 mg

Aspetta, per favore non farlo. So che non ci conosciamo, ma mi dispiace leggere questo. Prova a pensarci due volte.

Why not just give it another chance, you have absolutely nothing to loose by seeing what happens if you hang in a bit longer...I mean you can always end your life at any time.
