Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Many people are former Christians and Catholics. However I was not raised as them. I was basically raised under spirituality and the idea of life review that when you die there is no hell. Go to the light(HELL NO FOR ME! :(.), get a life review where you'll feel every ounce of pain you've inflicted upon others whether directly or not. And then, here's the REAL terrifying part! If you CTB, you'll be peer pressed by supposed "all loving and empathetic" beings into reincarnating to go through the same pain you've experienced in your life in order to grow your soul in the afterlife.

I keep on finding flaws and terrible things to point out in these beliefs but DAMN IT! I'm still terrified of it might being true! :(.

Like I just want a peaceful non existence, not to be forced back into another life of torment because I checked out too early! 😭😭😭.

Part of me thinks that this is humanities way of trying to protect themselves and stay alive because suicide is naturally taboo and anyone who does it will make
People uncomfortable and miserable and probably jealous knowing that that person had the balls to CTB. Because in Christianity or Catholicism it's that you burn in hell but atleast with that that god won't force you to reincarnate on earth or peer pressure you. And hell! He'll just destroy your soul always! :). Basically a mercy compared to this spirituality stuff where basically you're forced to suffer until you become "one with the universe" or some cruel bullshit like that! :(.

I was raised in an Islamic household. When I was taught about Hell as a child, I was really traumatized. Even though I don't believe in Islam anymore, I still have a small fear of it being true. It's crazy how brainwashed we can get.

The following video significantly helped me with my fear of Hell. You say that you have already found flaws in the concept of Hell, but perhaps this might help you be more confident about whether or not it's real.

Well it's not about hell. I was just talking about Christianity and Catholicism when it came to hell but spirituality is a different story with different cruelties that I'm TERRIFIED of facing, for even though there is no hell, you'll basically by "loving and empathetic beings" be peer pressured after going through a life review where you'll be forced to endure the pain you've made others feel indirectly or directly and then afterwards peer pressured into reincarnating to reface the pain and suffering you couldn't handle anymore on earth! :(. Pretty cruel if you ask me! Yet I know it's flawed but again, I'm STILL TERRIFIED of it being true! 😭😭😭. :(.

I get you... That sounds like a horrible afterlife. Unfortunately it's hard to completely get rid of such a fear when it's the belief you've been raised in. I hope that you manage to become a little less afraid of it as time passes. :(

I like the idea that you feel all the pain you caused others as long as it hasn't already been felt in your life. The scales do need to even out somehow; the energy has to go somewhere according to the laws of conservation.

My view is that we are all already in Heaven. As angels, there is a big spiritual computer, and we choose our characters. Some angels have balls and make a shitty character and come to earth to "see if they can handle it." When they're born, they completely forget they're angels and have to do it all by themselves, and it's multiplayer so their spirit friends are up in Heaven trying to help them out, or just watch and laugh. When we die, our soul gets shot back up into the Heavens and we exhale and laugh about the whole thing. It must get pretty boring up in heaven when everything is good all the time, plus they just like to watch us. Humanity can be very entertaining.

I might have schizophrenia but I say step outside your comfort zone and put on a show..."God kills us when we're boring. We must never, ever be boring" — Chuck Palahnuik
