Discussion Taking anti-anxiety medication before CTB?

Do you think it will help to take anti-anxiety medication before a CTB attempt? I wonder if it's better to take them to "calm down" or if it's better to build up extra anxiety to get "more desperate"? What do you think?

I thinking the anxiety would be to much to handle and because of that you would consider CTB. Or do you think it would work opposite?Maybe I'm wrong about it?

I'm wondering the same thing. I don't know if I should take some benzos before preparing and drinking SN but the protocol states that you should drink benzodiazepines right after SN drink.

its to avoid getting unconscious before taking the SN though never took benzos before so i dont know how fast it works

I was thinking of taking a small dose before preparing SN to calm down the anxiety and then drink a big dose is benzos after drinking SN.
