Ok so the SN didn't arrive, have taken the risky way out. Now just have to wait 5 days to see if works or not. I can't be this cursed being unlucky surely

Gromit, I might be younger than you, I’m not religious or anything. But I’ll be honest with you like I always am. Negative energies create negative energies, meaning the more you panic about the item didn’t arrive the more it will be delayed. Please think positive just one day at least, please?

Nope got through. Delivery was yesterday and didn't turn up, not arrived today either. So not waiting any longer
I get that but to late now, munched my little yoghurt mix. Now to wait out the effects and hopeful endGromit, I might be younger than you, I’m not religious or anything. If it’s already in the same city, it won’t be long.
some couriers need a few days to have it delivered,
Sometimes because of weekends,
But I think you will receive it soon.

Oh no that’s gonna be painful, im guessing it’s gonna be like cyanide or something. It’s poison from seeds:( this is so sad, so much suffering

Yes I Googled that also and that’s what it says. But he also took that 2 days ago. I just hope he doesn’t suffer.
Please take this for what it is worth.
If it gets to be too much for you, you can always go to the hospital. I am not saying to be saved, but to go for relief. If you start suffering with suffocation, they can intubate you and put you to sleep in a medical coma.
I do not think the hospital would be able to save you? They can only provide supportive care and there is no antidote. If the effects become too much to handle they could help you to be more comfortable though.
I am sorry to be speaking like this, as I am unfamiliar with basically everything about this method. I am worried for you and this is what came to mind to say.
I will be hoping for the best for you and I am really sorry Gromit.
This is so sad and I just truly hope the pain is minimal and the peace comes very soon.
Ah, took the seed route huh? Rosary peas? I hope things go ok for you, and honestly if the SN shows up it’s still an option.
If it was rosary peas there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

Still here, no effects as of yet but onset will be about 6 hours for first signs. Will go hospital if pain is to bad but know they can do nothing now. Ctb will be 3-5 days if I'm lucky. Knowing the luck I have had in life even this won't kill me
They can’t stop it but they can make it easier assuming it’s absorbed enough. How many did you eat?

Ricen from castor beans? Did they taste good, were they ground up, or eaten whole?

Cake mush of 108 castor beans in yoghurt, all oil drained and dried the mush as best I could over 24 hours and a little warming in oven. If I can't take the pain I will go hospital but I want to sit this out as long as possible. Don't want a failure again
They didn't taste to bad to be honest. They were crushed, drained and dried as best I could
Hmm, don’t know if supportive care can help you survive those, it might.

I had a packet of caster beans for gardening. They were large hard beans. Only about ten were in the packet.

Like everyone said, even if there's not much the hospital can do with ricin, they will be able to help with managing the pain, if it gets too bad. Royal Mail has been rubbish at times, so it might take until tomorrow or Monday for your SN to arrive. Hopefully, it arrives soon enough for you so you can be more at ease. I got 2 different varieties 9 packets of seeds, hard to get shells off but spent a couple of days at it. Cheapest ctb ever if works
